when can I expect my order?
at this time orders are processed between 2-3 business days with additional time in transit. processing and transit times may vary during peak season.
what if my order is a gift?
orders are shipped out without pricing. we are working on the ability to include a gift note.
do you offer local pickup or delivery?
we do offer a local pick up option at all three of our brick and mortar locations. just choose the "local pickup" option at checkout and we'll send you an email when it's ready.
do you allow returns and exchanges?
we do not accept the return of plants at this time. however, if you have a concern regarding your plant, please email us at email@example.com.
we do accept returns and exchanges on unused, unopened and undamaged goods within 10 days of arrival or purchase.
